How to Order

When you find an item you would like to order, click "add to basket." You don't need to create an account to create a basket. You may choose to add more items to your basket or check out.

If you know the name of the watch you are looking for, you may use the search box to locate the watch in our inventory. If you can't find the watch you are looking for, contact one of our experts directly at (888)313.TIME or contact sales.

Special Orders

If you know the name and/or details of the watch you are looking for but cannot find it on our website, use our online form to request a special order. One of our experts will contact you within 24 hours.

Checkout Process

Our checkout process is designed to make your experience the best possible.

  • Sign In. New and returning customers must first sign in with your unique email address and password.
  • Billing & Shipping. Provide your billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. You may provide any shipping address, but you must provide a telephone number for the intended receiver. You will have two FedEx shipping options.
  • Payments. We process payments manually. Once you confirm your order, a customer support representative will contact you to arrange for payment.
  • Review. Finally, you have the option of reviewing all the information you have provided prior to making your order. When you click "Send my Order" we will process your request.
  • Receipt. The receipt page provides you with an order number, which you can use to track your order. Print the receipt and save it for your records.

Modify your order

Before you place your order, you may modify it in your basket and during the checkout process. If you have already placed your order and would like to modify it for any reason, just contact us or call our friendly customer service representatives at (888)313-TIME. Please provide the Order reference number on your receipt so that we can help you more efficiently.

Track your order

When you place an order with us, you receive an Order number. Use this number to track your order. We will get back to you within 24 hours with an update on your order status.
