Bank wire payments may be eligible for a discount, please inquire at time of purchase. Please note that for our customers' protection we process all payments manually. Once you confirm your order, a customer support representative will contact you to arrange payment. All funds must be verified before we will ship items sold.

On international orders, we only accept bank wire transfers. Customers located outside the United States should contact customer support to arrange wire transfers.

All items shipped within California will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Warranty (Certificate of Authenticity)
All watches sold by Finest Watches are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition, and free from defects for a period of at least one year.

While the incidence of defects in new watches is extremely low, there may be occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary. Finest Watches is not an authorized agent or service center for the watch manufacturers presented and all watch repairs or replacements will be handled by Finest Watches on our premises. In addition, Finest Watches keeps detailed sales records so that we may better answer your questions regarding past purchases (such as warranty work or insurance appraisals in the event of loss).

In our experience, most warranty work requires simple adjustments or battery replacement. However, in the event of a return for repairs of watches under warranty, Finest Watches reserves the right to replace or repair the watch at our discretion. Water damage or damage due to neglect or misuse is not covered by any manufacturer or by Finest Watches.

Extended Warranty
An additional One Year Extended Warranty may be purchased for $190. An additional Three Year Extended Warranty may be purchased for $395. Please specify Extended Warranty choice at time of purchase. Extended Warranty is Non Refundable.

Insurance
We only use Federal Express Overnight Delivery service with full coverage insurance for the replacement value of your watch.

We guarantee your watch to arrive in the same condition in which it was shipped.
