When you purchase a watch from Finest Watches, we email you the shipping tracking number so that you can track your package. We know that shipping is important to you so please contact us if you have any questions about shipping that are not answered below.
We ship all packages via Federal Express free of cost. We pack the watches in their new original box with foam protection. We take every measure possible to ensure that your watch with box arrives in the best possible condition in a timely manner. Please contact us if you have any special shipping requests.
We trust that you will be pleased with your purchase so we've made returning items easy. Watches can be returned within 10 days for a refund, as long as they are unworn. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus $70 shipping fee. On purchases made through PayPal, the 3% PayPal fee cannot be refunded. Watches that have been worn cannot be returned. Please note that special orders cannot be returned. To return an item, call our customer support at 888.313.TIME or contact us.
We will ship to international customers. A $200 shipping and handling fee applies for all shipping to addresses outside the USA.
Please be advised that when receiving shipments from outside your own country, you will be charged a duty and/or tax for the import of the watch. This amount varies from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for the percentage.
